Yellowknife Fun-Test caps off 2017-18 for Ragged Riders

Head to Bristol Pit on Saturday, April 14 for the season-ending Yellowknife Fun-Test staged by Ragged Riders. Registration costs $20 – click here for the online registration form. Here’s the schedule for the day: 11:00 Late registration and warm-up 12:00 Events begin Events include… – Banked slalom – Konge Cup slalom – Park Party with rails and jumps! Registration opens for first NWT Grom Series event in Yellowknife

Register here to take part in the NWT’s opening MAZDA GROM SERIES SPEED AND STYLE at Yellowknife’s Ragged Riders club! Our first Grom Series of 2018 takes place at Yellowknife’s Bristol Pit from 11:30am on Saturday, February 10, 2018. The hill opens for late registration and warm-up from 10:30am. Come out to Yellowknife’s Bristol Pit on World Snow Day and try snowboarding with free access to our rental equipment! The Ragged Riders Snowsports taster event runs from 1pm till 4pm. Ragged Riders confirms 2017-18 operating hours

With the season almost ready to go, Yellowknife’s Ragged Riders club has confirmed its operating hours for this winter. The Bristol Pit facility will be open to all pass holders (you must hold a day pass or season pass to gain entry) at the following times: Saturdays: 1pm till 4pm Sundays: 1pm till 4pm Wednesdays: 6:30pm till 9pm Operating hours commence on January 10 or as soon as snow permits – we’ll post an update if the club is able to begin operations earlier! NWT Snowboard is proud to offer a limited number of places on Level 1 and Park instructor courses in Yellowknife in January 2018. Snowboard instructors play a vital role in helping new snowboarders to learn the sport, try out the basics, and become confident on the slopes. Level 1 courses are for people new to instructing.
