The Fort Smith Snowboard Park is the place to be in winter, with the best terrain park in the North.<\/p>\n

The site overlooks the majestic Slave River and includes a number of features that let users build skills and develop confidence. From a snowboard cross (SBX) run to a 20-foot big air jump and smaller ride-on features, there is fun for all levels.<\/p>\n

The snowboard park is designed with the whole family in mind \u2013 you can enjoy the park whether snowboarding, skiing or tobogganing.<\/p>\n

Sunday Fundays will have a focus on FUN and FUNdamentals between 1pm to 3pm, when temperatures are above -30 degrees celsius.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Certified instructors, parents, board member volunteers, and hill drivers will be available to help snowboarders enjoy the hill during this time.<\/p>\n

– Adult attendance is required for each young rider to assist with bindings.<\/p>\n

– Learn to Wax \u2013 wax your personal snowboard with our supplies and assistance. Dates to be announced.<\/td>\n

Operating Hours<\/h4>\n

The slide zone is open to all members <\/strong>(you must also hold a season pass) at the following times:<\/p>\n

Sundays <\/strong>from 12pm till 4pm<\/p>\n

Operating hours commence in December or January each year and run through to the end of the season in mid-April. If you would like to support as a volunteer to help us keep the facilities open, please email us for more information!<\/p>\n
